1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RealConfirmation (realconfirmation.com), operated by Naity9 LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
RealConfirmation is a free content authenticity verification tool. It checks digital files (images and videos) for Content Credentials (C2PA metadata) to determine their provenance. All file analysis is performed locally in your browser β files are never uploaded to our servers. We store only the verification result (status, file metadata, signer information) to generate shareable result links.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service; submit content that violates third-party rights; or use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The RealConfirmation name, logo, design, and content are the property of Naity9 LLC. The C2PA verification technology is based on open standards maintained by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity. You retain all rights to the files you verify β we do not claim any ownership over your content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RealConfirmation reads Content Credentials embedded in files β it does not determine whether content is "real" or "fake." A "Verified" result means the file has valid C2PA metadata from a trusted signer, not that the depicted content is truthful. The absence of credentials does not indicate the content is manipulated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naity9 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, which for free users is zero.
7. Third-Party Services
RealConfirmation uses third-party services including Cloudflare (for bot protection), Google AdSense (for advertising), and Supabase (for data storage). Your use of the service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
