Naity9 LLC ("we", "us") operates RealConfirmation (realconfirmation.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our service. We are committed to privacy β your files never leave your device.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect your files. All C2PA verification is performed locally in your browser using WebAssembly. When a verification is completed and you choose to save the result, we store: the verification status, file name, file type, file size, verification timestamp, and the C2PA metadata result (signer info, edit history, AI involvement). We do not store the original file, its contents, or any thumbnail or preview.
3. How We Use Information
Verification results are stored solely to generate shareable result links. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics (such as total number of verifications) to improve the service.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set cookies necessary for security verification. We use Google AdSense for advertising, which may set cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your preferences and applicable regulations. We use Supabase for data storage. These third-party services have their own privacy policies that govern their data practices.
5. Data Storage & Security
Verification results are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security enabled. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We implement security headers and input validation to protect against common attacks. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
Verification results are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Shareable links will stop working once the result expires. We do not provide an account system, so there is no personal account data to delete. If you wish to request early deletion of a specific verification result, please contact us at contact@naity9.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold. 8. Children's Privacy
RealConfirmation does not knowingly collect information from children. The service is a general-purpose content verification tool that does not require any personal information or account registration.
